“This lovely team have been looking after my dogs, 4 of them, and cat for nearly 30 years. The compassion they showed when our dog Jenna was diagnosed with cancer was wonderful, right to coming to the house when we had to make the decision to let her go. We are now going through the same with our 18 year old cat Rosie. We know that the next few weeks are going to be hard and, ultimately, we will have to let her go too. I know that Rosie will get the same care when it’s her time and I wouldn’t want any other veterinary team to help us through what will be a heartbreaking situation. Your staff are amazing.”

“We cannot speak highly enough of the care given to our terminally ill dog, Charlie. We were consulted with and listened to throughout his illness and Charlie’s health and quality of life was monitored closely from start to finish. All staff were compassionate and kind to us and Charlie and his end of life was managed in as dignified and kindly a way as possible. Special thanks to Saul and Emma for their care, professionalism and understanding. Thank you, Vivien and Alison.”

“Highly recommended! Very helpful and efficient front of house staff. Relaxed atmosphere in waiting area. Unfortunately we had a good idea we would be leaving without our beloved cat Neo but special recognition to vet Suzanne for taking the time to explain diagnosis, prognosis and options and at the same time let Neo roam and be himself! You made an unbearable decision easier. Forever grateful for your care and time. Thank you xxx.”

“Seriously couldn’t be more proud to use this vet service, I’ve had to Have my 3 year old ferret put down today after she had what seemed to be a massive stroke that paralysed her, I’m beyond gutted but Powis have shown nothing but care and compassion towards her and me. Seriously couldn’t appreciate them anymore. Thank you to all the staff at Powis and Partners.”
