Laser Therapy – COMING SOON!

What is Laser Therapy?

Laser therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that helps to reduce pain, ease inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing process. It’s widely used in both human and veterinary care and is a safe, drug-free option for many conditions.

During treatment, a handheld device delivers a comfortable beam of therapeutic light to the affected area. This light can reach both surface wounds and deeper tissues, helping to stimulate healing at a cellular level.

In simple terms, the light encourages damaged cells to repair and function more effectively, helping your pet recover more quickly and comfortably. It can also be used alongside other treatments and may reduce the need for certain pain medications.

What are treatments like?

Laser therapy sessions are quick, calm, and well tolerated by most pets.

There’s no need to clip or shave the treatment area. Your pet will be made comfortable, and protective eyewear will be used for both your pet and anyone staying in the room during the session.

  • Treatments usually take around 5–10 minutes
  • Most pets feel a gentle, soothing warmth
  • Many pets find the experience relaxing – some even drift off to sleep!

Depending on your pet’s condition, a course of treatments may be recommended. Your vet will talk you through a tailored plan to achieve the best results.
